About the Role

We are hiring an Associate Director – Data Science & Analytics to play a pivotal role in shaping how one of the world’s most recognised brands uses data to create meaningful customer experiences. You’ll lead a talented team and help drive customer engagement through CRM, analytics and insight-led decision-making. This is an opportunity to influence marketing strategy, inspire high-performing teams and create measurable business impact through data. Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of analytics specialists, creating an environment where people can thrive, grow and do their best work.
  • Partner with stakeholders and Publicis Groupe teams to deliver customer-centric CRM strategies, journey orchestration and personalised customer experiences.
  • Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence marketing decisions and drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Strengthen the connection between insight, testing and optimisation, ensuring data-informed recommendations shape future activity.
  • Develop and evolve an always-on testing and learning programme across channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Build strong relationships across teams, helping align priorities, manage expectations and encourage effective collaboration.
  • Oversee multiple projects and workstreams, ensuring quality delivery, clear prioritisation and strategic impact.

Requirements

  • Experience leading analytics, CRM or customer engagement programmes within agency, consultancy or client-side environments.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across technology, strategy, creative and marketing functions.
  • Confidence communicating data-driven recommendations to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.
  • Strong understanding of CRM, customer engagement metrics and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Experience extracting insights from complex data sets and translating them into compelling business narratives.
  • The ability to connect data, customer behaviour and commercial objectives to develop strategic recommendations.
  • Demonstrated success leading and developing teams, balancing delivery excellence with a people-first leadership approach.
