About the Role
This role is responsible for delivering translation and transcreation projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will act as the dedicated primary contact for client contacts, providing local, in-region expertise and end-to-end management of agency-supported localization requests. You will own brief validation, triage to linguists and internal production/studio teams, communication, and delivery accountability.

- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of delivering translation/transcreation and production scopes independently—from initial briefing and scoping through to final delivery and billing.
- Update client glossaries and maintain Translation Memories (TMs) to capture client feedback and train AI engines for future projects.
- Identify and select the most appropriate internal and/or external linguists for each project based on the client's specific requirements, linguist availability, project timelines, and project budget.
- Provide constructive feedback to internal and/or external linguists at the end of projects, where applicable, to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage project budgets, track all costs, reconcile estimates against actual spend, and handle POs and client billing.
- Implement and utilize advanced AI-led tools to streamline workflows for services including, but not limited to, translation, transcreation, QA, and cultural insight.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging AI localization technology, evaluating and recommending tools that improve delivery speed without sacrificing creative nuance, local market relevance, and brand tone of voice.
