About the Role
We are seeking a General Dentist/Implantologist for our Syracuse, NY practice to perform advanced implant procedures, including full-arch fixed rehabilitations, implant overdentures, and complex restorative work. Our structure minimizes administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on transformative patient care.
Responsibilities
- Perform full-arch fixed implant rehabilitations and implant overdentures
- Place and restore single implants
- Conduct bone and soft-tissue grafting
- Work closely with in-house lab technicians
- Leverage dental assistant–driven restorative workflows
- Contribute to building patient confidence through excellent clinical care and communication
Requirements
- Licensed General Dentist with experience or interest in implantology
- Comfort and enthusiasm for performing advanced surgical and restorative procedures
- Commitment to clinical excellence with a patient-centered approach
- Desire for clinical autonomy balanced with collaborative teamwork
- Ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Syracuse, NY
- Ambition to grow professionally, including leadership and educational roles

Salary/Compensations
- First 6 months: $200,000 annualized base or 25% of adjusted production and 25% lab fees
- After 6 months: 25% of adjusted production with 25% lab fees
- Ability to earn over $700,000 annually
- Doctors average over $575,000 annually
