About the Role

As a Mobile Trainer, you act as the face of Octopus heat pumps on-site, ensuring partner companies deliver high-quality installations and driving the energy revolution.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site practical onboarding for new partner companies to ensure a smooth go-live process.
• Provide technical coaching on SHK topics including hydraulics and pipe routing.
• Supervise the initial commissioning of air-source heat pumps.
• Train partners on documentation standards and digital tools like Praxedo.
• Perform quality assurance by conducting at least one live installation per team.
• Provide structured feedback on onboarding status and installation quality to project and partner management.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an Anlagenmechaniker SHK or equivalent qualification.
• Sound knowledge of wiring, connecting, and commissioning heat pumps.
• Proven practical experience with air-source heat pumps, ideally Vaillant aroTHERM plus or Wolf CHA.
• Fluent German language skills.
• Willingness to travel to construction sites across Germany.
• Digital affinity for using smartphones, tablets, and documentation apps.
• Structured and independent working style with a focus on quality and reliability.
• Valid Class B driver's license.
