About the Role
Servers at Sundog Downtown Clubhouse guide guests through a memorable experience, ensuring exceptional food, drinks, and hospitality while helping drive sales.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service by warmly greeting guests, presenting menus, and providing knowledgeable recommendations
- Take and accurately enter food and beverage orders using our point-of-sale system
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, responding promptly to any concerns or special requests
- Maintain clean and organized service areas, including tables, chairs, and clubhouse surroundings
- Stay informed about menu items, drink offerings, and promotions to enhance guest experience
- Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
- Check and verify guests’ legal drinking age as required
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
- Contribute to a lively, welcoming, and energetic environment for all guests
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or serving is a plus but not required
- Energetic, upbeat, and personable with a genuine interest in guest satisfaction
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a team
- Capable of standing, walking, and bending for extended periods
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs when necessary
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
