About the Role
As a SAP Tax (Senior) Manager, you will advise clients on various SAP-related issues, acting as an all-rounder with on-site presence. You will manage projects, identify data value, and guide clients from vision to go-live. You will also develop tailored solutions, identify necessary data sources, conduct workshops and presentations, and collaborate closely with tax specialists and your team. Additionally, you will stay updated on SAP innovations, deepen your knowledge in these areas, and integrate tax expertise with SAP functionalities.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage projects, helping clients identify data value and guiding them from vision to go-live.
- Develop customized solutions and identify required data sources.
- Conduct workshops and presentations.
- Maintain close communication with tax specialists and the team.
- Actively engage with new SAP developments and integrate tax knowledge with SAP functionalities.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science (with a business focus), or Business Administration (with a technical focus).
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience.
- Software knowledge in SAP modules FI+SD or FI+MM.
- Proficiency in the HANA environment (e.g., HANA DB, FIORI).
- Ideally, experience with data from SAP systems.
- Personal commitment and a proactive approach to tackling problems and questions.
- Willingness to travel.
- Excellent command of both German and English, spoken and written.
