About the Role
As an Field Operations AI Coordinator for PCL Constructors Inc., you’ll have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams to identify, implement, and scale AI solutions that improve workflows, support better decision-making, and drive meaningful operational impact.
Responsibilities
- Working with cross-functional teams to identify and apply AI solutions to operational workflows and processes.
- Analyzing workflows to define problems and identify and prioritize AI use cases based on value, impact, feasibility, and risk.
- Coordinating AI solutions by documenting requirements and supporting design, configuration, and rollout with cross-functional teams.
- Contributing to business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and implementation plans.
- Supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) and monitoring usage and performance of AI-enabled tools to identify improvement opportunities.
- Helping build user confidence and capability with AI-enabled tools through training, guidance, and ongoing support.
- Staying informed on emerging AI technologies and contributing to the evaluation and recommendation of tools and platforms.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in information management, information technology, business administration, computing science, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in a related field.
- Demonstrated fluency with AI-enabled tools; experience applying these tools in business contexts is an asset.
- Demonstrated business acumen and an understanding of how AI solutions support and optimize operational workflows and outcomes.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, with the ability to clearly translate complex technical concepts and support data-driven decision-making.
- Understanding of business process mapping and requirements documentation, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable AI-enabled solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret information, identify patterns, and develop effective solutions.
