Responsibilities
- Manage a specific product portfolio, gaining experience across various product types, including events, education, sponsored products, and community initiatives.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns from start to finish, with hands-on involvement in each step—from building data lists to tracking conversions.
- Develop multi-channel marketing efforts, gaining experience in email, social media, partnerships, and affiliate programs to drive engagement, registrations, and revenue.
- Write clear, on-brand copy for emails, social posts, and partnerships, helping to manage campaign assets that align with the goals of each product type.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, support data collection, and share insights with the team to help inform future strategies and improvements.
- Work with content, community, product, and sales teams to gain a broad understanding of our marketing efforts and assist in building cohesive campaigns that drive results.
Requirements
- Desire ownership in your role from the beginning and readiness to level up.
- Confidence to experiment with different tactics, shake up strategy, adapt to new trends, incorporate business changes, or bounce back from subpar results.
- Passion for using and understanding the data behind campaign performance.
- Pride in crafting effective and engaging copy across various platforms.
- Self-directed, operate at a high cadence, and get things done.
- Ability to balance and prioritize daily tasks, as well as short-term and long-term planning.
- Extraordinary teammate, always willing to jump in and offer support.
- Experience with Asana or project management tools is a plus.
- Experience using ESPs & CRMs, and basic Google Analytics understanding is desirable.
