About the Role

As part of the REWE Marlene Kramer oHG team, you will be responsible for the fresh food counter, focusing on meat, sausage, cheese, and delicatessen. You will advise customers with your expertise and create high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Convince customers with appealing product presentation, competent advice, and excellent service.
• Demonstrate skill in processing and portioning products.
• Independently prepare specialties according to in-house recipes.
• Implement ideas for sales promotions.
• Ensure excellent product presentation, freshness, and adherence to hygiene regulations with an eye for detail.

Requirements

• Ideally, completed vocational training or professional experience in food retail or (system) gastronomy.
• Interest in processing and refining meat and fresh products.
• Enjoyment of working with people and passion for retail.
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills, team spirit, and sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to work in a flexible shift system, Monday to Saturday between 06:00 and 22:00.
