As a Small Parts Assembler, you will play a critical role in ensuring reliability and consistency across our production operations. You will gain hands-on experience assembling innovative, high-definition handheld camera systems used for inspections in aviation and pipeline industries.

Responsibilities

  • Work with small to microscopic components while assembling miniature camera systems and precision products.
  • Utilize specialized tools such as optical tweezers, pin vises, microscopes, and soldering equipment to complete assembly activities.
  • Perform assembly operations according to established manufacturing procedures and quality standards.
  • Test assemblies in accordance with customer specifications and divisional requirements.
  • Conduct functional testing on completed assemblies to ensure product performance and reliability.
  • Follow work instructions and technical documentation to support accurate assembly processes.
  • Maintain attention to detail while handling delicate components and precision equipment.
  • Support production goals by completing assembly tasks safely, efficiently, and accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent product quality and operational excellence.
  • Sit or stand for extended periods while performing detailed assembly activities.

Requirements

  • Have a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Have very strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Have excellent fine motor skills and manual dexterity for handling small and delicate components.
  • Have the ability to sit and stand for extended periods as required in a manufacturing environment.
  • Have the ability to read, understand, and follow routine instructions and assembly procedures.
  • Have a proactive, flexible, and self-motivated approach to work.
  • Have the ability to work effectively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Have experience with hobbies or activities requiring precision handwork, such as miniature model building, crafting, jewelry making, crocheting, sewing, or similar detailed work.
  • Have a strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • This position requires current work authorization in the country of employment.
