About the Role
We are seeking progressive and entrepreneurial Per Diem Physician Assistants with adult and pediatric experience to join our welcoming and diverse community of Northwell providers. Per Diem Providers must be willing to float around to the following centers for their scheduled shifts: Kingston, Poughkeepsie, Wappingers Falls, & Fishkill.
Responsibilities
- Willing to float to Kingston, Poughkeepsie, Wappingers Falls, & Fishkill centers for scheduled shifts.
- Treating all ages (6 months and older).
- Performing minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.).
- Reading EKGs and X-rays.
Requirements
- 2 or more years of Full-Time experience in an Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting.
- Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.).
- Comfortable with reading EKGs and X-rays.
