About the Role
Knight Frank is seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Support professional to join their Building Consultancy team in London. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of a busy department by providing high-quality executive support, coordinating stakeholders, and managing administrative tasks. It's an ideal position for someone who enjoys working closely with senior leaders in a fast-paced professional services setting.
Responsibilities
- Proactively manage diaries and inboxes for senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, conference calls, and client engagements.
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting packs, and client-facing documentation.
- Organize UK business travel and logistics.
- Manage meeting actions, correspondence, and administrative documentation.
- Support financial administration, including invoices, expenses, referrals, and supplier costs.
- Coordinate team meetings, training records, and performance review processes.
- Assist with onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
- Maintain records, databases, and team information.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders across the business.
- Support audit, compliance, and information security requirements.
- Assist with process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Coordinate marketing collateral, pitches, and business development activities.
- Support internal and external events from planning through to delivery.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Team Assistant, Operations, or Business Support role.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience managing diaries, meetings, travel, and team administration.
- High attention to detail, especially with financial information.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Experience within property, real estate, professional services, or consultancy environments is desirable.
- Exposure to compliance, governance, or operational support activities is desirable.
