About the Role
The Stock Transfer Administrator – Data Entry is responsible for the precise input of shareholder information across multiple registrar systems, focusing on entering, updating, and auditing records to ensure accuracy and confidentiality. This role also involves various administrative duties within the Operations group.
Responsibilities
- Execute timely data entry of all batches, reviewing source documents for deficiencies and resolving discrepancies.
- Perform manual loading of records into registrar systems and update internal tracking tools.
- Verify inputted data against physical and digital documents to ensure 100% accuracy and compliance.
- Support the team in resolving incomplete documentation by communicating requirements back to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to analyze, problem-solve and work independently with minimal supervision.
- A working knowledge of the securities industry.
- A willingness and ability to adapt to a changing environment and responsibilities.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively and communicate with peers and all levels of the company.
- Must have a flexible schedule to work overtime as required.
- High attention to accuracy and detail.
- Previous experience in an office environment.
