About the Role

Seeking a Project Manager to oversee project delivery, manage stakeholders, and drive enhancements to services, products, and platforms. This role requires a proactive approach to managing change and ambiguity within fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver significant enhancements to or introduce new services, products, and platforms.
• Manage the impacts of changes on people, processes, tools, and culture.
• Manage senior stakeholders effectively.
• Lead the construction of project plans to deliver roadmap outcomes, development plans, and rollout/implementation.
• Convert product roadmaps into work packages.
• Challenge business architecture and implementation when necessary.
• Define operating models.
• Use standardized operational processes to build scale and reduce cost/operational risk.

Requirements

• Active SC clearance required.
• Previous experience in Senior Project and Change Management.
• Proven experience delivering significant enhancements or introducing new services, products, and platforms.
• Demonstrated experience managing senior stakeholders.
• Experience with a range of methodologies including Agile.
• Experience working in fast-paced and demanding environments.
• Solid understanding of data software development principles, lifecycle models, and methodologies within Agile and Scrum.
• Ability to convert product roadmaps into work packages.
• Understanding of business architecture and implementation.
• Operating model definition experience.
• Ability to use standardized operational processes.
• Driven and proactive work approach.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Ability to handle change and ambiguity.
