About the Role
Be a visible front line security presence for NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. Protect patients, visitors, employees, and property across medical and academic campuses, maintaining access control and responding to emergency situations. Help maintain a lawful environment for lifesaving care.

- Be a visible front line security presence for our Hospital.
- Protect patients, visitors, employees and property across our medical and academic campuses.
- Maintain access control in assigned areas.
- Respond to emergency situations.
- Help maintain lawful environment for lifesaving care.
Requirements
- Current NYS Security Guard License.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required within 90 days of starting in role.
- All employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.
- NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.
