About the Role
The Reprographics and Office Services Operator is responsible for providing a proactive on-site office support service to legal fee earners, including reprographics, administration, customer service, print, and mailroom duties.
Responsibilities
- Scan, print, and copy documents in various formats and sizes.
- Perform finishing tasks using wire/comb & velo binding equipment.
- Create e-bibles and perform quality control on all work.
- Process incoming post, including sorting, scanning, and emailing to relevant departments.
- Handle outgoing post via Franking/Royal Mail.
- Book and manage incoming couriers efficiently.
- Set up meeting rooms.
- Support archiving requests.
- Build client relationships, manage perceptions, and proactively support needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve optimal client results.
- Comply with departmental procedures.
- Assist with stationery replenishment, stock management, and recording items for ordering.
Requirements
- Previous Reprographics experience is essential.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to floor walk to support fee earners.
- Good PC skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Ability to think creatively and make decisions independently when necessary.
- Capability to handle difficult situations appropriately.
- Adaptable and flexible approach.
- Team player mentality, willing to assist wherever needed.
- First Aid and Fire Warden training provided after successful completion of probation.

- 1 hour unpaid lunch
- 1 in 4 weekend on-call cover
