About the Role
As a new Process Manager, you will join the Process Manager Development Program (PMDP) for your first year, which includes hands-on training, implementing Lean/Green Belt methodologies on two projects, and presenting your work to senior leaders. You will also participate in social networking events and connect with other Process Managers across the business. The role focuses on creating and enhancing processes to deliver excellence to customers in every interaction, driven by customer needs and the pursuit of digital solutions to simplify their lives.
Responsibilities
- Manage the improvement of business processes by defining and implementing process improvement agendas, driving efficiencies, and using data to create better customer experiences.
- Leverage process knowledge and stakeholder collaboration to measurably improve outcomes by helping to launch projects such as new products, digital features, automation, and digital transformation.
- Collaborate with various departments, including the agile software studio and data scientist team, to develop and execute effective and efficient processes.
- Apply leadership skills such as communication and change management to drive key priorities like product launches, technology changes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Utilize various techniques and tools, such as Visual Management, Business Process Management, Lean, and Six Sigma, to define, manage, and improve processes.
- Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and operational procedures, ensuring documentation is relevant and updated.
- Develop and perform quality assurance routines, controls, and monitoring to measure and analyze process performance on existing processes.
Requirements
- Students who have or will be graduating in 2027 from an undergraduate degree or graduates of Master's programs from an accredited University.
- Completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration or a related field.
- Excellent strategic thinking, structured problem-solving skills and superior analytical skills.
- Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma/Process Improvement tools & methodology.
- Experience in basic coding and/or data visualization (e.g. SQL, Tableau).
- Experience working and collaborating in teams.
- Fluency in both English and French languages is a strong asset.
