About the Role
Cumming Group is a rapidly growing project and cost management consultancy seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator, Pursuits to create compelling collateral for project and teaming pursuits. This role is crucial for highlighting the firm's capabilities and expertise, ensuring all proposal materials align with RFP/Q requirements and uphold company standards, thereby enhancing the firm's competitive edge and supporting its growth.
Responsibilities
- Develops and tailors proposal materials, including customized collateral and statements of qualifications (SOQs).
- Manages proposal data, gathering, organizing, and maintaining resources for efficient response development.
- Ensures compliance and quality by reviewing RFP/Qs and confirming adherence to branding, quality, and compliance standards.
- Provides comprehensive proposal support, coordinating the end-to-end proposal process and managing multiple responses under tight deadlines.
- Leads small to medium pursuits independently, managing projects and delivering competitive materials.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Attends work during normal business hours.
