About the Role
The Customer Complaint Specialist is responsible for ensuring timely tracking and investigation of customer complaints.
Responsibilities
- Tracking and logging of complaint intakes
- Monitoring and trending of complaint data
- Conducting complaint investigations
- Reporting on complaint trends and driving resolution activities
- Reporting escalated complaints to the Legal Department and appropriate regulatory bodies
- Communicating closed complaints to Customer Service
Requirements
- Must comply with GMP requirements
- Strong computer knowledge with Microsoft Office is required
- Project Management skills are required
- Must have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Must be organized and able to keep records
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Work environment may be exposed to powders, chemicals, and allergens
- Ability to work in a physically challenging environment, including bending, twisting, and standing for up to 8 hours
- Must be able to successfully clear drug screening processes
