About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Associate to help lead analysis and execution on programs that reduce missing and incorrect orders. You'll dig into order-level data to size problems and spot patterns, help design and run tests of new merchant interventions, and turn what you learn into solutions. It's a good time to join: we're scaling several interventions that are already working and piloting new ones, so the work you do in your first few months will directly impact the future of Merchant operations. You will report into the Senior Manager, Order Quality on our Live Order Experience team in our Merchant Strategy & Operations organization.

  • Analyze – Build models to evaluate the, value and opportunity costs of strategic initiatives and define success with KPIs
  • Experiment – Use data-driven decision-making and sound business judgment to execute tests on everything from adoption to optimization
  • Influence – Work cross-functionally with our product, support, marketing, account management, finance, and analytics teams to land key initiatives
  • Make stuff happen – Handle complexity in a detailed and structured way, with a bias to action

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in strategy / business development / operations / technology / banking / consulting or related experience; high-growth or early-stage startup experience is a plus
  • Excellent analytical thinker who can deliver actionable recommendations out of complex datasets
  • Proven track record of leading initiatives, hitting goals, and succeeding in a complex and fast-moving environment
  • Expert interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-starter – Has a bias towards action and thrives in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment
  • Naturally curious – Always looks for ways to innovate and improve
  • Gritty – Rolls up sleeves and does whatever it takes to make things successful
