About the Role

We are seeking passionate and dynamic Pediatric Occupational Therapists to join our growing team. This role offers flexible, part-time to full-time opportunities in school-based, clinic-based, and home-based settings across NYC. We encourage creative thinking and provide mentorship to help therapists advance their careers and make a significant difference in children's lives.

Responsibilities

• Work in schools, bringing private practice creativity to the educational environment.
• Help children thrive through movement, play, and functional skill-building.
• Provide ongoing mentorship and support through individual and group meetings for clinic-based therapists.
• Utilize an AI-supported EMR system for documentation.

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
• Active New York State OT License
• Pediatric experience required (including sensory integration, handwriting, and self-regulation strategies)
• Creative, motivated, disciplined, and confident working independently
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
