About the Role
As an Associate Manager, you will own the pricing strategy and its use as a growth lever, focusing on fee structure and affordability. You will collaborate with Finance, Analytics, and Product teams to build pricing models, forecast impacts, design A/B tests, and launch new fee structures. This high-visibility role is at the intersection of strategy, operations, and finance, with analyses informing decisions that reach millions of customers. You will leverage AI tools to automate workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Analyze fee changes using SQL queries and Excel models, quantifying consumer, operational, and financial tradeoffs.
- Leverage AI tools to automate manual processes, build new prototypes, and develop product visions.
- Partner with Finance to project the impact of pricing decisions and track actuals against projections.
- Work with Analytics to design A/B tests across markets and verticals, translating results into recommendations for senior leadership.
- Own program metrics and dashboards, sharing insights with partners across the New Verticals organization.
Requirements
- 4-6+ years of success in highly analytical roles (investment banking, corporate FP&A, management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations).
- Experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Gemini) and a builder's mindset for automation and acceleration.
- Ability to break down ambiguous, open-ended problems into clear plans and take ownership.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience building models and forecasts from scratch.
- Completed Bachelor's Degree (MBA is a plus).
