Responsibilities

• Architect the Developer Experience: Design and automate platforms that empower our teams to move fast and ship with absolute confidence.
• Eliminate bottlenecks and friction in the development process.
• Weaponise CI/CD: Integrate modern tooling into our pipelines.
• Ensure functional safety and reliability are baked into the process.
• Dominate the Cloud: Take full ownership of our GKE / Kubernetes infrastructure on Google Cloud.
• Shape, evolve, and push the cloud infrastructure to its limits.
• Harden the Perimeter: Execute proactive security engineering and hunt for vulnerabilities.
• Build a fortress, not a fence.
• Scale the Future: Continuously evolve the platform to make development faster, safer, and infinitely more scalable.

Requirements

• Bring 5+ Years of Combat Experience: Prove your track record in DevOps engineering.
• Be a builder, not an observer.
• Own the Stack End-to-End: Take full responsibility from the first line of Terraform to the final production pod.
• Your CV is just the starting point. What matters more to us than your resume: a portfolio, a side project, a demo repo – anything that shows you don’t just talk about code, you ship it. Production-ready. Thought through. Done.

Skills

• Command the GCP Ecosystem: Master Google Cloud Platform.
• Work confidently with Kubernetes and Linux.
• Treat the cloud as your playground.
• Code Your Infrastructure: Use Infrastructure as Code, Docker/CRI-O, and shell scripting as your primary weapons.
• Automate repetitive tasks.
• Leverage Graylog, Grafana, Prometheus, Python, or Jenkins for observability.
• Deploy with Ansible, Terraform, or AWS.
