About the Role

BARK is seeking an experienced creative producer to own the operational side of creative production. This role involves partnering with various teams and external partners to ensure projects are well-planned, resources are allocated effectively, and creative assets are launched on time. The ideal candidate will be adept at improving production systems, simplifying workflows, and leveraging AI and automation to enhance efficiency and focus on high-quality creative output.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end creative production for marketing campaigns, product launches, and photo and video shoots, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
  • Build and continuously improve production systems for organization, visibility, and workflow efficiency.
  • Simplify workflows, reduce manual work, and introduce smarter tools.
  • Build and grow BARK's network of creative partners, including agencies, photographers, directors, editors, and freelancers.
  • Scout new talent to meet evolving creative needs and scale work effectively.
  • Own production budgets, agency and freelancer relationships, and resource planning.
  • Provide leadership with clear visibility into spend, capacity, and tradeoffs.
  • Maintain the team's production roadmap in Monday.com, ensuring accuracy of priorities, timelines, ownership, and project status.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in creative production, marketing operations, or project management supporting integrated marketing and brand campaigns.
  • Experience producing photo and video shoots from pre-production through final asset delivery.
  • Proven track record of building and improving production workflows while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience sourcing, managing, and building relationships with agencies, freelancers, photographers, and other creative partners.
  • Strong working knowledge of Monday.com or a similar project management platform.
  • Good creative judgment and an understanding of high-quality brand work across various media.
  • Experience using AI and automation to simplify production workflows, improve planning, or reduce manual work.
  • Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach with confidence to influence decisions, surface risks early, and keep projects moving.
