About the Role

As a Working Student in Administrative Informatics / Digital Administrative Processes, you will translate complex administrative processes into structured digital logic, forming the foundation for modern, AI-powered administrative applications. You will collaborate closely with the product and development teams, directly contributing to the digitalization of public administration.

Responsibilities

• Analysis and structuring of administrative procedures and application processes
• Close collaboration with Product Management and Software Development to translate business requirements into digital solutions
• Research on legal and technical requirements in the public sector

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Administrative Informatics, Public Administration, Administrative Management, or a comparable field of study
• Alternatively, studying Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
• Analytical and structured way of working, with the ability to present complex issues clearly
• Understanding of processes, data structures, and logical connections
• Proficient in using digital tools and MS Office
• Independent, meticulous, and reliable work style
• Very good command of German, both written and spoken
