About the Role

Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an entry-level Residential HVAC Service Technician who is eager to learn and grow within the company. This role is crucial for continuing the company's legacy of meeting heating and air conditioning needs in Upstate and Central New York.

Responsibilities

• Services all equipment according to established schedules, company standards, and acceptable time frames.
• Troubleshoots and rectifies potential problems on location.
• Interacts with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and address HVAC concerns.
• Documents all completed work legibly and accurately according to company policy.
• Builds and maintains customer relations to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image.
• Follows all safety procedures, including safe driving habits and avoiding mobile device use in vehicles.
• Applies product knowledge and seeks additional training and education as appropriate.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
