About the Role
The Director of Specialized Services is a critical member of an integrated instructional program and compliance team within the Division of Teaching and Learning. This role advises and assists leadership on implementing instructional services, program models, performance indicators, IDEA and Section 504 compliance, data-driven monitoring, and student placement.
Responsibilities
- Advise and assist on the implementation of instructional services and program models of excellence.
- Oversee observation and assessment of performance indicators for building administrators and instructional staff.
- Ensure IDEA and Section 504-related compliance requirements are met.
- Guide building-based data-driven monitoring and decisions.
- Manage student placement processes.

- Experience in instructional program implementation.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements, including IDEA and Section 504.
