About the Role
Seeking a highly motivated and creative professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and managing BIM models in Revit. This role supports the BIM manager and architectural project teams in managing BIM workflows, project documentation, education initiatives, and implementing firmwide architectural standards.
Responsibilities
- Support the development of architectural drawings in coordination with project teams and design requirements.
- Manage Revit library content including creating and modifying parametric Revit families and updating Revit templates as required.
- Produce highly detailed BIM models and construction documents.
- Support all BIM related efforts throughout the office.
- Support efforts to streamline and economize Revit templates, models and assets.
- Coordinate existing Revit assets and provide future roadmap for development.
- Assist in project delivery as needed.
- Mentor, train and align intermediate and junior Revit users.
- Monitor and support the use of streamlined BIM protocols across the firm.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years previous experience in developing and managing BIM models in Revit.
- Advanced Revit and AutoCAD software proficiency.
- Experience developing BIM families, workflows and processes.
- Understanding of construction materials, building assemblies, case work and building products.
- Ability to work well with others, take direction, and work independently.
