About the Role

This is a high-impact role where you will move us beyond reactive hiring toward proactive, data-driven talent and workforce planning, ensuring we have the right people, in the right roles, at the right time.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with firm priorities
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across offices and business functions
  • Ensure consistent, efficient, and high-quality hiring practices
  • Enhance employer branding and candidate experience across all touchpoints
  • Support workforce planning and forecasting to inform staffing decisions
  • Partner with leaders to anticipate talent needs and organizational changes
  • Coordinate succession planning initiatives and mitigate retirement-related risks
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future needs
  • Analyze recruitment and workforce metrics to improve outcomes
  • Provide insights on hiring trends, talent availability, and workforce risks
  • Support the development of reporting and analytics to guide decision-making
  • Improve recruitment processes for consistency, speed, and scalability
  • Introduce best practices in talent acquisition and workforce planning
  • Leverage HRIS, ATS, and emerging tools to enhance outcomes

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • CHRP designation preferred (CHRL considered an asset)
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies, labour market trends, and workforce planning principles
  • Significant experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and/or workforce planning
  • Proven success managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles and locations
  • Experience developing recruitment strategies and building talent pipelines
  • Exposure to succession planning and workforce analytics
  • Experience working within a professional services environment, legal sector, or similarly complex organization is an asset
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent project management, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel between office locations on an occasional basis

Salary/Compensations

  • $93,670 - $110,900
