About the Role
Version 1 is seeking a senior Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation & Benefits specialist to lead design and delivery on significant ERP transformation programs, acting as a trusted advisor to shape solution design and set delivery standards.
Responsibilities
- Solution design leadership for Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation & Benefits, from workshop to go-live
- Advising clients on leading practice for Oracle HCM Cloud
- Running and owning design workshops, playbacks, and validation sessions
- Fast Formula configuration for complex compensation logic
- Onboarding journeys and approval workflow design
- Coaching and upskilling colleagues
- Building client trust for long-term relationships
- Influencing testing strategy, delivery quality, and business outcomes
Requirements
- Multiple full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, specifically in Compensation & Benefits
- Deep Fast Formula configuration experience
- Track record of leading client workshops
- Confidence to advise on leading practice and strong communication skills
- Active SC Clearance, or SC Clearance that has lapsed and can be reactivated
