About the Role

This position plays a key role in ensuring our products are assembled, packaged, and prepared for shipment with the highest quality standards. The role involves rotating through various stations on the production line to fill, label, stack, inspect, and package products accurately and efficiently. It requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to meet daily production goals while working as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

  • Operate production line equipment to fill containers with products such as polish, grease, DEF, and other materials.
  • Operate all stations on lines #1 – #3, DEF & water-based lines, luster, heavy paste, and grease (exception of bottle filler station on line #1).
  • Box, stack, package, palletize, and wrap products for shipment in compliance with company standards.
  • Inspect products for defects, damages, or labeling errors and take corrective action.
  • Stage completed orders for shipment and accurately complete production tickets.
  • Assist with inventory control by counting stock and reporting discrepancies.
  • Meet or exceed daily production targets and deadlines.
  • Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to move, load, and unload materials.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support production and plant operations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs. repeatedly required.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time and perform repetitive tasks required.
  • At least 1 year of related manufacturing or production experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate a forklift preferred.
