About the Role

Our Baristas will offer the highest standard of service in terms of service, presentation and efficiency. Working within our friendly team, you will be amongst our guests, experiencing the fantastic views of London.

Responsibilities

• Help set up the kiosk and coffee bar, ready for each service
• Assist with clearing and general cleaning duties
• Check and put away food and beverage after service
• Ensure wastage forms are completed
• Restock the fridge for the next day
• Ensure all labels and prices are correct

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing personality; a people person
• Great work ethic and an even greater smile
• Good listening & verbal communication skills
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Perpetuates company philosophy and culture

• Have a contagious passion for coffee, tea and customer service

• Previous experience in a similar role, especially in the food service industry, is often a plus
• Some knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
