About the Role
This role is an opportunity for a versatile, high-agency operator who wants exposure to every part of a fast-growing fintech. No two days will look the same. You'll partner closely with the Chief of Staff to execute key business operations initiatives and pitch in across departments.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Chief of Staff to execute key business operations initiatives and pitch in across departments.
- Work with the leadership team to move strategic initiatives forward, coordinating across engineering, finance, compliance, and risk.
- Build and maintain project plans, status reports, and KPIs, flagging risks and unblocking teams as needed.
- Coordinate onboarding logistics, including system access, AML training, and buddy pairings.
- Manage offboarding end to end, including access removal, exit interviews, and equipment collection.
- Own day to day office operations, including supplies, snacks, coffee, and vendor coordination.
- Manage cleaning schedules and liaise with building management on maintenance and improvements.
- Welcome visitors and ensure a great experience for anyone coming into the office.
- Plan and run the setup and logistics for company events and celebrations.
- Support the Chief of Staff with scheduling, logistics, and special projects as needed.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in business operations, project management, people operations, or a similar generalist role.
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and switching contexts quickly in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter who takes ownership and doesn't wait to be told what to do.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.
- A genuine interest in learning how a startup works end to end.
