About the Role

This role is an opportunity for a versatile, high-agency operator who wants exposure to every part of a fast-growing fintech. No two days will look the same. You'll partner closely with the Chief of Staff to execute key business operations initiatives and pitch in across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Chief of Staff to execute key business operations initiatives and pitch in across departments.
  • Work with the leadership team to move strategic initiatives forward, coordinating across engineering, finance, compliance, and risk.
  • Build and maintain project plans, status reports, and KPIs, flagging risks and unblocking teams as needed.
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics, including system access, AML training, and buddy pairings.
  • Manage offboarding end to end, including access removal, exit interviews, and equipment collection.
  • Own day to day office operations, including supplies, snacks, coffee, and vendor coordination.
  • Manage cleaning schedules and liaise with building management on maintenance and improvements.
  • Welcome visitors and ensure a great experience for anyone coming into the office.
  • Plan and run the setup and logistics for company events and celebrations.
  • Support the Chief of Staff with scheduling, logistics, and special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in business operations, project management, people operations, or a similar generalist role.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and switching contexts quickly in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter who takes ownership and doesn't wait to be told what to do.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.
  • A genuine interest in learning how a startup works end to end.
