About the Role

The Project Coordinator provides support with planning, organization, and administration of the day-to-day operations of the WindowRama window and door installation program. You will collaborate with customers, project managers, salespeople, and key departments to ensure the success of each project.

Responsibilities

  • Create, schedule, and maintain a calendar for daily sales leads.
  • Review sales paperwork and contracts, ensuring all documents are received, signed, and initialed.
  • Schedule Field Technician Reviews (FTR) with homeowners and subcontractors.
  • Ensure Field Technician Reviews (FTR) are completed prior to job start.
  • Confirm contract expectations, including products, with customers before job start.
  • Coordinate and schedule installation dates with homeowners and subcontractors.
  • Manage day-to-day project activities under the supervision of the General Manager.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure open concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Resolve potential or existing customer service issues.
  • Review daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to ensure proper updates and actions are taken to resolve issues.
  • Assist the accounting department with collecting outstanding balances.
  • Assist the General Manager with additional tasks as necessary.

Requirements

  • Competent in scheduling and organizing a high volume of new and existing projects.
  • Previous experience supporting and managing projects.
  • Demonstrate high energy, enthusiasm, and support for the company’s vision and mission.
  • Strong time management and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to ensure each job is completed in compliance with written procedures.
  • Proficient knowledge of installation/service methods for window and door projects.

  • Ability to supervise and develop subordinate staff.
