  • Partner with stakeholders to identify optimization opportunities, develop hypotheses, and contribute to a structured experimentation roadmap.
  • Support the end-to-end experimentation lifecycle, including experiment design and QA, traffic allocation and targeting, data collection and validation, and statistical analysis and interpretation.
  • Translate experiment outcomes, analytics findings, and customer insights into clear, actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with UX, product, marketing, and engineering teams to evaluate performance and support the implementation of optimized digital experiences.
  • Develop reporting, dashboards, and analyses to monitor key performance indicators and measure the impact of optimization initiatives.
  • Present findings, insights, and strategic recommendations to leadership and working groups.
  • Maintain experimentation documentation, learnings, and knowledge repositories to support organizational learning.
  • Monitor digital performance trends and proactively identify opportunities for optimization and personalization.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our optimization and experimentation framework, measurement approach, and analytics capabilities.
  • Promote a data-informed, test-and-learn culture by sharing insights and supporting partners in understanding experimentation and digital analytics best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, experimentation, optimization, customer insights, or related disciplines.
  • Experience supporting or analyzing digital experiments (A/B testing, multivariate testing, personalization, or similar optimization initiatives).
  • Experience working with experimentation platforms (e.g., Optimizely, Adobe Target, Google Optimize, or similar).
