Serve as the first point of contact for patients, families, and visitors, ensuring smooth daily operations for a growing dance academy and therapy practice. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients, families, and visitors, creating a welcoming office experience.
- Manage front desk operations, including appointment scheduling, phone answering, and responding to inquiries.
- Maintain accurate patient demographics and documentation.
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits.
- Support administrative operations for both the academy and therapy practices.
- Coordinate with providers and staff for efficient workflows.
- Assist with general office administration, maintaining organization and attention to detail.
- Ensure a seamless patient experience from check-in through ongoing communication.
Requirements
- Previous administrative, front desk, customer service, or office experience.
- Healthcare, medical office, therapy, or insurance verification experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable learning new software and working across multiple digital platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to work full-time on-site, with a standard Monday–Friday schedule and occasional flexibility for evening hours.
