About the Role
Triple Whale is seeking an Associate Corporate Counsel to join its growing legal team and play a pivotal role in supporting the company’s commercial operations. As the second legal hire, this position offers broad exposure across the business and the opportunity to help shape the legal infrastructure as Triple Whale scales.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of customer and vendor relationships.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including SaaS subscription agreements, order forms, and vendor contracts.
- Maintain key contract records.
- Support data privacy compliance.
- Develop internal legal resources.
- Respond to legal requests from various teams.
- Assist with corporate governance.
- Assist with product-related legal matters.
Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Active member in good standing of the New York bar (or eligible for in-house registration).
- At least two years of legal experience.
- Exposure to commercial transactions, technology agreements, or general corporate work.
- Strong drafting skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
