About the Role
Serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions. Conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and communicate professionally with employees and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at a financial institution.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, including appropriate emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the building, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and report unauthorized entry attempts, suspicious activity, and policy violations according to established procedures.
- Document patrol activity, incidents, and observations through clear and accurate reports, and communicate concerns to appropriate personnel.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
- At least six months of security-related experience is required.
- Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
