About the Role
The Anthropologie Weddings Senior Stylist drives sales and fosters a customer-centric environment by supporting the leadership team in selling, service, and daily operations. They are an expert in store operating procedures and mentor the associate and stylist team.
Responsibilities
- Acts as a brand representative reflective of company values and partners with leadership on creating an engaging experience.
- Leads by example in upholding a selling culture with extraordinary service, providing individual attention through styling and outfitting recommendations.
- Utilizes technology to provide a frictionless client experience and transact in the moment by upselling or sharing product not available in store.
- Supports associate and stylist education, clienteling, and brand focuses through technology.
- Inspires the team through creativity, outfitting, and shared fate; drives the store by being positive, confident, respectful, and helpful.
- Actively participates in managing the store environment and customer experience by setting the tone, managing daily zones, and driving sales.
- Partners with leadership to mentor service and selling strategies to impact individual and monthly goals.
- Assists store leaders in maintaining a visually compelling, neat, clean, and organized store.
- Supports weekly store objectives related to customer service, outfitting, or styling.
- Assesses styling expectations looking for business driving opportunities and takes smart risks to maximize sales.
- Adheres to safety standards, inventory accuracy, product loss reduction, and company policies.
- Partners with leadership to maintain communication and teamwork on completing store objectives.
- Provides store and departmental insights related to customer experience and communicates to leadership.
- Participates in district forums when applicable.
- Fosters ongoing client relationships through outreach, networking, appointment generation, service follow-up, and store events.
- Assists team members in their growth and problem-solving.
- Supports new hire onboarding in their orientation and styling development.
Requirements
- Anthro and Anthro Weddings brand fan
- Experience in customer service and clienteling
- Experience being a team player
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays
