About the Role

Seeking an Intermediate Solution Architect with expertise in CRM solutions for the Province of Ontario.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic implementation and architectural design of enterprise-level solutions.
• Architect and integrate solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance & Operations (F&O).
• Design end-to-end architectures leveraging Microsoft Azure services.
• Establish robust CI/CD strategies.
• Navigate Ontario Government Enterprise Architecture processes, including securing approvals from the Architectural Review Board (ARB) and Cyber Security Assessments.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience leading the strategic implementation and architectural design of enterprise-level solutions within complex, distributed environments.
• Deep hands-on experience architecting and integrating solutions specifically within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance & Operations (F&O).
• Proven expertise in designing end-to-end architectures leveraging Microsoft Azure services (e.g., App Services, Data Factory, Synapse) and establishing robust CI/CD strategies.
• Demonstrated experience navigating Ontario Government Enterprise Architecture processes, including securing approvals from the Architectural Review Board (ARB) and Cyber Security Assessments.
