We have a job opening for a Senior Business Analyst for our direct client, Province of Ontario.
Responsibilities
- Lead and conduct business analysis for business projects to assess clients' business problems or opportunities.
- Document technical business requirements to meet functional requirements.
- Develop context diagrams, use cases, and use case models.
- Develop process maps, stakeholder maps, and assessments.
- Create systems diagrams.
- Write business cases and conduct options analysis.
Requirements
- Experience implementing best practices for Customer Service, Case Management, and Inquiry Management processes by leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform capabilities to improve service delivery, agent productivity, and customer experience.
