About the Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Treasury Management Support Manager to set and manage team objectives, provide leadership to Sales Analysts, and collaborate with the sales leadership team to enhance sales support processes, ultimately improving sales revenue, risk mitigation, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of individual contributors with low to moderate complexity and risk.
• Engage stakeholders and internal partners associated with the function.
• Lead multiple teams of Treasury Support Associates.
• Partner with Treasury Management Consulting to develop strategies for increasing productivity in support functions and recommend process improvements.
• Make decisions and resolve issues regarding resources, objectives, and operations of Treasury Management Support to meet business objectives.
• Interpret and develop policies and procedures for functions with low to moderate complexity.
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and multiple-level managers, and interact directly with external customers.
• Manage the allocation of people and financial resources for the Treasury Management Support functional area.
• Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring individuals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Treasury Management Sales Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.

Skills

• Management experience, including overseeing a team in a sales-related organization, implementing defined business objectives, and executing business development strategies.
• Treasury Management experience.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas.
• Effective organizational, multitasking, and prioritizing skills.
• Problem analysis and resolution skills.
• Customer service focus with the ability to balance the needs of clients, shareholders, and team members.

• $100,000.00 - $196,000.00
