Responsibilities
- Provide auto parts answers and solutions for retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone.
- Utilize parts knowledge to assist other NAPA team members with customer inquiries.

- Bring customer focus and high energy to fast-paced stores.
- Welcome retail customers and engage to provide a positive consumer experience.
- Operate technology including computers, cash registers, telephones, and paper catalog systems.
Requirements
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- Previous experience in a parts store or automotive industry, or a willingness to learn all things auto parts.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced retail environments.
