About the Role

This role focuses on building solutions within a pod, working directly with the business day-to-day. The individual will own the design and development of features, ensuring high quality through testing and evaluations.

Responsibilities

  • Build features using full-stack development on AWS and Azure with Claude and other models.
  • Collaborate directly with business users on a daily basis to build solutions.
  • Maintain high quality standards through rigorous testing and evaluations of all shipped work.
  • Receive and implement design direction from the Solution Architect, identifying any design gaps.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in software or AI development.
  • Proficiency in Python.
  • Experience with AWS or Azure.
  • Demonstrated ability as a strong builder comfortable working with the business.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
