About the Role

Create meaningful connections with every customer using personalized sales expertise. Meet sales targets and earn commission with AT&T's full suite of products, including the latest devices and personalized services.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
• Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment, staying current with evolving technology and customer needs.

Requirements

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We provide tools, training, and coaching.

Salary/Compensations

• $16.25 - $17.65 per hour plus up to $13,700 + in commissions if all sales goals are met.
• Top sellers can earn $62,460 per year with uncapped commission opportunities.
