About the Role

Operations is responsible for materials handling and product distribution in a distribution or manufacturing environment. Warehouse Operations performs tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product, ensuring the efficient flow of products from vendors to customers. The Senior Associate, Warehouse Operations ensures inventory integrity, quality, and accuracy by controlling adjustments and holds, resolving discrepancies, purchasing supplies, and processing returns.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain ValueLink (VL) routes to support customer delivery requirements and operational efficiency.
  • Configure and manage ship via and route group assignments to ensure accurate order processing and transportation execution.
  • Maintain Customer Customized Delivery Groups (CCDGs) and ensure alignment with customer service expectations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for ValueLink account administration and issue resolution.
  • Partner closely with Customer Experience teams to address customer requests, improve service levels, and resolve operational challenges.
  • Monitor order flow and system activity to ensure accurate routing, shipping, and delivery execution.
  • Research and resolve order, routing, and customer account discrepancies.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, service, and quality.
  • Cross-train and provide backup support for Pick Planning functions as needed.
  • Provide guidance and operational support to less experienced team members.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience, preferred
  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of warehouse management systems and transportation-related applications preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications preferred.
  • Applies knowledge and company policies to complete a variety of tasks.
  • Demonstrates a working knowledge of jobs outside area of responsibility.
  • Maintains appropriate licenses, training and certifications.
  • Works on assignments that are moderately difficult requiring judgment in resolving issues.
  • May assist in recommendation of processes on new assignments.
  • Adheres to all quality guidelines.
  • Works with limited supervision.
  • Work occasionally involves review of output by work lead or supervisor.
  • May provide general guidance or technical assistance to less experienced team members.
  • Maintain cross-training proficiency and provide backup coverage for one another to ensure operational continuity, customer service excellence, and uninterrupted workflow execution.
