About the Role
Learning Development and Delivery develops, deploys, and evaluates learning solutions to support employee development and build organizational capability in alignment with business strategies. This function analyzes learning needs and develops training curricula, technologies, and programs. It also manages third-party trainings and partners with leaders and subject matter experts to deliver learning.
Responsibilities
- Takes the lead in effectively applying and teaching new processes and skills to accomplish a wide variety of assignments.
- Performs the most complex and technically challenging work within area of specialization.
- Preempts potential problems and provides effective solutions for the team.
- Works independently to interpret and apply company procedures to complete work.
- Provides guidance to less experienced team members.
- May have team leader responsibilities but does not formally supervise.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience, preferred
- High School Diploma, GED or technical certification in related field or equivalent experience, preferred
Skills
- Comprehensive knowledge in technical or specialty area
- Ability to apply knowledge beyond own areas of expertise
Work Type
- Monday–Friday, 7pm - 3:30am (or until work is completed)
Experience Level

Education Level
- High School Diploma, GED or technical certification in related field or equivalent experience
Salary/Compensations
- $24 - $32 per hour
