This role focuses on executing a program to drive strategic business changes, expand critical capabilities, or implement cross-business unit regulatory changes. Responsibilities

  • Uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgement and identify innovative solutions.
  • Impacts the achievement of customer, operational, project or service objectives.
  • Work is guided by functional policies.

Requirements

  • Leadership and organizational skills are required to determine the Program’s goals, structure, budget and resource need.
  • People Management skills to assess and develop the skills of staff.
  • Strong team work skills to drive execution without direct reporting line responsibilities.
  • Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field.
  • Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services.
  • Communicates difficult concepts and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view.
  • Seasoned expert with program/project management expertise that has been developed over 15+ years of experience.
  • May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.
