About the Role

The Director, Provider Recruitment will develop and execute a system-wide recruitment strategy for Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APP). This role manages the provider job requisition process, setting the tone for a positive provider experience and future career within Centralus Health.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and lead the Centralus provider recruitment strategy to increase candidate sourcing opportunities and fill provider requisitions efficiently.
• Develop a system-wide provider job requisition process with new guardrails and budget-approval requirements to align with financial sustainability goals.
• Manage and lead a hybrid team of provider recruiters.
• Manage the provider management system (PMS), potentially evaluating current partners to identify the ideal system-wide partner.
• Identify and monitor performance metrics to evaluate and track the recruitment team's progress for leadership and the Board of Directors.
• Lead recurring meetings to report on candidate pipeline status and associated job requisitions to the leadership team.
• Collaborate with all areas of the Centralus Provider Engagement team to create a positive and smooth experience for providers.
• Research recruitment workflow issues and provide feedback/recommendations to management.
• Succeed in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot quickly and adapt to directional change.
• Maintain confidentiality when exposed to sensitive information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare.
• Experience managing and evaluating a team.
