About the Role
As the leader of a Fidelity branch team, you'll have the resources to succeed by selling yourself, your company, and your product. Our mission is to drive business opportunities by building a strong sales and service team that embraces the company brand, cultivates revenue, and ensures high customer satisfaction. You will educate the local market, drive national initiatives, and grow local business through customer meetings, seminars, and client appreciation events.
Responsibilities

- Conduct in-branch customer meetings, informative seminars, and client appreciation events.
- Lead, recruit, and work closely with branch employees.

- Manage branch infrastructure, including lobby and operational technology, back office processing, and quality assurance processes.
- Build and lead strategies to develop associates and their business.
- Make decisions that significantly impact branch success, market growth, and profitability.
Requirements
- At least five years in a financial sales role.
- Three or more years of management within a financial services environment.
- Active Series 9/10, 7, and 66 licenses.
- Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position.
